The Strategist provides the client with the most effective branding, marketing and media plan recommendation to insure that the client's goals are met. He/she must be the day-to-day steward on assigned brands. The Strategist is required to develop and maintain an intimate knowledge of their clients' business and ensure that all client project and media requirements are executed in a timely and accurate manner.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the product development life cycle including the gathering of requirements, writing technical design specifications, developing code, testing and deploying the final solution. Strong skills in HTML and Javascript are absolutely necessary. The candidate must have some experience with ASP, SQL, and XML/XSL. Experience with ASP.NET, PHP and WordPress is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have three years minimum experience in an agency environment where juggling multiple Web development projects for a diverse range of client is second nature. Duties include requirements gathering and documentation, creating and maintaining project schedules and budgets, maintaining project momentum to completion, providing written status updates, and responding quickly and effectively to incoming requests. The candidate will also be responsible for creating and maintaining various check lists and overseeing the QA process. Strong oral and written communication skills are a must; PMI certification is a plus. Macintosh is the preferred platform.
