Jeroen (pronounced ya-roon) is BrandExtract's master architect when it comes to Web projects. Although he's originally from Amsterdam, he excels at translating technical jargon into plain English, helping clients to understand the methods behind interactive usability madness.

Jeroen is an avid advocate of usability principles and has had the pleasure of attending lectures by usability evangelist Jakob Nielsen and user experience guru Bruce Tognazzini. He also attended talks and discussions on the Microsoft campus in Redmond and at the Google facilities in Seattle.

His numerous areas of expertise include usability testing, e-commerce, content management systems and thinking outside of the box.
