As part of a talented creative team, Will's passion resides in doing great work that helps clients transform and grow their brands. 

As associate creative director, he follows ideas from concept to execution, using his decade of professional experience to thoughtfully guide each step along the way. He believes that the key to creating a successful brand consists of equal parts inspiration and collaboration, and he knows that truly game-changing ideas result from the energy and ideas of all stakeholders in a brand. 

Will holds a Communications Design degree from Texas Tech University and has, in the past, served as education chair on the Houston board of AIGA, the professional association for design. His work has appeared in a fair number of design publications, which look great on his coffee table, and he has won his fair share of awards, any of which would make excellent paperweights.

Away from BE, he spends his time with his wife and young son.
