We Need a Web site
This was what we heard from Wayne Kitchens, Managing Partner of the firm. Once we started talking, they needed much more than that. Nothing matches, nothing reflected the talent in the firm and boy was it dark.
This 30 year old law firm was firmly rooted in Bankruptcy law but had much more to offer. The firm decided to embark on a Brand Development journey that included interviewing all their partners and working with their associates to better understand the firm. We then developed a new message that reflected who they really were.
“We wanted a Web site and to develop a Brand, but we ended up with the perfect shift in our culture.”
It was evident that this “dark wood” law firm had a very bright interior. After working with the attorneys, it was clear that they were strategic advisors for many of their clients. The ability for their attorneys to see obstacles in the road before they happened had become the cornerstone of many of their relationships. This became concept for their reBrand.
“Success”
Materials were developed, messages were refined and we even helped them define their practice areas providing messages that worked with specific aspects of the firm. A new identity was created and they even purchased the illustrations to hang in their new offices – which, by the way, incorporate their color palette, wood textures and other elements from their Brand standards. You should stop by some time. And don’t let the colorful lobby fool you, they still have great Bankruptcy attorneys.
