BrandExtract Wins 7 International WebAwards & Outstanding Website Developer
October 20, 2014
Houston brand experience firm, BrandExtract, LLC., was recognized with the prestigious Outstanding Website Developer Award at the 18th Annual Web Marketing Association WebAwards – an international competition for excellence in website development and internet marketing.
With an impressive total of seven WebAward wins in 2014, BrandExtract was once again the most awarded agency in Houston and one of only sixteen agencies worldwide to receive the distinction of Outstanding Website Developer this year. The honor denotes a win of six or more WebAwards in a single year.
"It's always been an honor to be recognized by the WebAwards. The distinction of 'Outstanding Website Developer' is a testament to the strength of our people, quality of our clients and dedication to a process that enables results. I'm so excited to work with such a talented group," said Bo Bothe, BrandExtract President and CEO.
Among the honors earned in 2014, BrandExtract received an Outstanding Website WebAward for developing the site for Geoforce, the global tracking and asset management company for field equipment.
The Web Marketing Association awarded BrandExtract six additional Standard of Excellence WebAwards across the Energy, Education, Non-Profit, Health Care and Medical Equipment industries. We developed these award-winning sites for our clients, NUTECH Energy, Murphy Oil Corporation, San Jacinto Museum of History (winner of two categories: Non-Profit and Education), CompleteRx and Millar.
“As always, our focus is on solid solutions that get results for our clients, and if we can pick up some awards along the way, it’s like—icing. We’d be remiss if we didn’t recognize our great clients who make such accolades possible. It’s very gratifying to collaborate with like-minded people who think “good enough” isn’t," said Malcolm Wolter, Vice President, Digital and Partner at BrandExtract.
Over 1,500 entries from 40 countries and 96 industry categories competed in the 2014 WebAwards. Each entry was rigorously judged across seven categories, including design, content, innovation and interactivity.
BrandExtract previously made history as the first Houston agency to win three Outstanding Website Awards in a single year.
