BrandExtract Hires Sean Burnett as Chief Operating Officer

HOUSTON — (April 4, 2012) — Brand experience firm BrandExtract, LLC, announced this week that Sean Burnett has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. Burnett arrives at the company with more than 18 years of business experience including three years as Senior Vice President Operations/Client Services with Freed Advertising. As COO, Sean is responsible for managing day-to-day operations including improving operational efficiencies, identifying growth opportunities and providing guidance for the professional development of team members.

Prior to Freed, Burnett was director of MBA programs at Rice University. He has also served as senior financial analyst with Yum! Brands where he managed the financial performance of 250 KFC corporate operating units in California, Nevada and Arizona, representing more than $300 million of annual corporate revenue. Before Yum!, he was a managing partner of Outback Steakhouse where he was named Managing Partner of the Year. He began his career at Rives Carlberg supporting clients such as Compaq, KFC, Igloo Coolers and The Houston Chronicle.
