HOUSTON, December 01, 2008 — BrandExtract, LLC, an integrated branding and communications firm, has been recognized with a 2008 Outstanding Community Volunteer medal by Literacy Advance of Houston (LAH) for its efforts to grow the LAH brand and raise awareness about the importance of literacy. The medallion was awarded at the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Greater Houston Chapter's 2008 National Philanthropy Day luncheon
