BrandExtract led the charge for Swift Energy, a leading independent oil and natural gas exploration and production company headquartered in Houston, TX, becoming SilverBow Resources in time for their IPO on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on May 5.
The company was under new leadership after overcoming several challenges throughout the industry downturn. Because of this, and other factors, Swift Energy wanted to remarket under a new name and renewed focus. “Swift wanted to capitalize on the renewed vision of the company while differentiating from close competitors,” said BrandExtract Chairman, Jonathan Fisher.
BrandExtract collaborated with key members of Swift Energy’s executive team to rebrand themselves as SilverBow Resources. The BrandExtract team built a new identity supported by strategic messaging that reflected SilverBow’s experience,
