Jeff Lane brings a quarter century of advertising and marketing experience to his work at BrandExtract. His concepts and copywriting have manifested in nearly every medium: print, broadcast, web, social media, PR, videos and direct mail.
“We believe in building brands that are distinct. Brands that are leaders. So a client’s brand voice need not borrow from industry lingo. It shouldn’t borrow at all. You don’t want your voice to sound like your industry. You want it to be the voice of your industry.”
While at BE, Jeff has enjoyed his role in the rebranding of many exciting companies like Transocean, Shawcor, Archrock and Target Lodging, to name a few. Having helped provide each a new voice and reshape their core messages, he believes these clients are either making or are poised to make significant impacts on their respective industries.
Outside the office, Jeff is a co-founder and active member of the Christopher Williams Memorial Leadership Scholarship board, awarding scholarships to outstanding high school seniors for nearly a quarter century. He also volunteers creative talent to non-profit efforts that provide counseling, training and material assistance to women experiencing unplanned pregnancies.
