Design Real Brands. Build Your Career.

BrandExtract's Summer Internship Program gives creative students a chance to do real work — concepting, designing and producing alongside a team that takes brand craft seriously. Ten weeks. Paid. Hands-on from day one.

What You'll Do

You won't be watching from the sidelines. Here's how the summer unfolds:

  • Weeks 1–2: Get oriented.
Meet the team, learn the tools and see how an agency actually runs.

  • Weeks 3–6: Get into it.
Real work, real deadlines and real feedback on your craft.

  • Week 7: Look up.
Shadow another team and see how strategy, digital and creative connect.
  • Weeks 8–9: Own something.
Develop a capstone project — a concept, campaign or creative piece — start to finish.
  • Week 10: Show off your work.
Present to agency leadership, get a full review and leave with something portfolio-worthy.

What We Offer

We're invested in making this the best summer of your career so far. Here's what that looks like in practice.

Your time is valued

We pay a fair hourly wage for every hour you work. No exceptions, no asterisks. We treat interns as temporary employees, which means proper payroll and respect for your time.

Real support, from day one

Every intern gets a dedicated supervisor for real direction and accountability, plus a mentor who's there for the day-to-day questions, the ones you're not always sure how to ask.

Honest, constructive feedback

We tell you the truth about your work because that's what actually helps you grow. You'll leave knowing what you're good at and what to work on, which is worth more than a summer of empty praise.

What We're Looking For

Curious. Coachable. Ready to contribute. Roles are open to students in design, creative production and writing. You don't need to have it all figured out — you just need to care about the work.
