Resourcing Manager
Too Legit to Knit, Master Juggler, Book Devourer
When it comes to juggling multiple tasks and keeping things running smoothly, Dianne is a master orchestrator. As BrandExtract's Resourcing Manager, she assigns amazing people to the right projects for their skillset, manages workloads and partners with account teams to ensure projects stay on time, on budget and properly tracked. Her superpower? Making complex resource planning look effortless.
“Try, try again.”
Dianne's career path has been anything but ordinary. She started by producing large outdoor festivals in Dallas, where she learned to manage massive moving parts under pressure. From there, she became a brand manager for video games, with her crown jewel being MaxPayne, the #1 game in 2001. After that success, she found her home in agency life for the past 8+ years, where her talent for coordination and people management truly shines.
What sets Dianne apart is her practical approach to problem-solving. When challenges arise, she takes a deep breath, works the problem, shifts things around and makes it happen. Her friends know her best quality is making them laugh, bringing levity to even the most stressful project situations.
At BrandExtract, Dianne is excited about learning from a different group of clients in fields she hasn't worked in before. She sees her role as making things easier for the day-to-day operations so more time can be spent on making the magic. Her work ensures the internal teams can focus on what they do best while she handles the behind-the-scenes coordination that keeps everything moving forward.
When she's not managing multiple resources and complex timelines, Dianne is a true Renaissance woman. She bakes delicious sourdough bread, seeks out different coffee shops around town and reads voraciously, devouring about 50 books a year. She alsoknits and crochets beautiful pieces and has her own unique style. Here's a fun party trick: she can touch her nose with her tongue. And while she might be "Too Legit to Knit," she's definitely legit at everything else she puts her mind to.
