Creative Project Manager

Nadia Tran Portrait

Rock-Climber, Enamel Pin Collector, Museum Lover

Regardless of whether she's drawing still lifes or experimenting with watercolors, Nadia is a natural-born artist who's constantly putting her skills to the test. She is a firm believer in having a growth mindset and is constantly looking for new ways to challenge and improve herself. This curiosity and determination are exactly why Nadia is perfect for the role of Creative Project Manager. Even outside of work, Nadia continues to challenge herself through art, swimming, tennis, and rock climbing.

Design experiences with empathy, thoughtfulness, and care for details.

Originally from Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, Nadia came to Texas to pursue a degree in graphic design. She attended the University of Houston where she received not only her BFA in Graphic Design but also her MS in Project Management.

Nadia's previous experience includes working at CORE Design Studio where she wore the hats of both Project Manager and Graphic Designer. She worked on concepts and designs for a number of branding initiatives including exhibitions, interactive experiences, environmental graphics, motion graphics, and print publications. She also worked as a UI designer at Adcetera, building concepts and designs for websites, mobile apps, digital marketing campaigns, business branding projects, motion storyboards, and digital and analog illustrations.

Nadia wants to use her skills in graphic design and project management to create projects that leave a lasting, positive impact.

“I aim to create designs that connect people,” Nadia said. “Impactful design should seek to enhance the lives of individuals and communities they live in.”

Outside of work, Nadia continues her passion for art, drawing still lifes and exploring watercolor painting. You might also find her wandering around Houston's Museum District. Her favorite museum is the Menil. Some other hobbies Nadia enjoys include watching animated movies, hiking in national parks, playing tennis, and rock climbing.
