HOUSTON — Houston brand experience firm BrandExtract, LLC ranked No. 74 in the Houston Business Journal’s annual list of "Best Places to Work in Houston," it was announced at a luncheon earlier today.
The Houston Business Journal recognizes companies based on the results of a month-long employee engagement audit. This year, BrandExtract was one of a select group of companies to score 85 or better out of one hundred points.
Participating in the online audit, BrandExtract employees evaluated the company in many areas including goals, leadership, communication, support, advancement opportunity, skill development, recognition, compensation, flexibility, tolerance, and innovation.
"Nothing could be more important than our people. Their well-being and happiness drive our business. We are always focused on enhancing and protecting our culture, and see it as a competitive advantage," says Jonathan Fisher, Chairman of BrandExtract. "We are honored to be nominated for this year’s Best Places to Work."
The list ranks companies in four categories: companies with 10 to 100 employees; companies with 101 to 500 employees; companies with 500 or more employees; and companies with a significant presence in Houston.
"We know that reputation plays a large part in a company’s brand," says Bo Bothe. "We’re extremely pleased to add this achievement to ours and hope to continue to build a company that remains on this list for years to come."
