BrandExtract partnered with MaloneBailey, a full-service accounting firm that specializes in SEC audits for small and middle-market public and privately-held companies, to produce a new website designed to support its thought leadership position, effectively promote its expertise, and deliver and provide a better user experience overall.
Additionally, the new site needed to convey that although MaloneBailey is a niche-based firm, its service and quality is on par with that of larger firms, minus the large firm fees.
“It’s very rewarding to be chosen to deliver a custom solution that so perfectly captures MaloneBailey’s personality and solidifies their brand position,” said BrandExtract Vice President of Interactive Malcolm Wolter. “The site will no doubt help them achieve their business goals of increasing both their reach and client base and we look forward to supporting them in the future.”
Of the elements and recommendations that emerged from BrandExtract’s assessment of the firm’s existing brand and website, was the necessity to create a site that struck a balance between their 30-year history with their ability to provide reliable and steady advice in today’s environment of economic uncertainty.
Applying the assessment findings to the strategic and creative framework, BrandExtract reengineered an intuitive, uncomplicated and user-friendly site supported by rich content that increased awareness about the firm’s capabilities, and included various points of engagement, providing MaloneBailey a platform to strengthen its thought leadership position.
“We are thrilled to roll out a fresh take on the MaloneBailey brand thanks to BrandExtract. Their process is smooth, well defined and translates into an extremely positive client experience,” said John Malone, founder and SEC audit partner. “They exceeded all expectations; they are thoughtful and insightful, responsive, professional and brought an understanding of our business to the table. We believe BrandExtract hit the nail on the head in terms of their ability to showcase what differentiates MaloneBailey in an extremely competitive environment.”
On July 11, 2012, MaloneBailey unveiled its new website, which was built in, and will continued to be managed in, SAM, BrandExtract’s content management system that was designed for non-technical people and built for maximum flexibility and ease of use.
